Tungsten Golden Stonefly

Tungsten beads are an ever-growing trend for nymphs, and even more so for patterns tied on barbless jigged hooks.  They are discreet, while still maintaining an effective drop rate. When tied in conjunction with multiple colors stacked behind the bead the result can mean plenty of fish in the net!  This heavy nymph is perfect for bulky dry-dropper combos.  It sinks quickly, but isn’t so big to drag down a dry and the jigged hook limits snags while maximizing hookups! Tied on hook sizes 10 through 16 and bead sizes 2.8mm, 3.8mm, and 4.6mm
